Banana Pi BPI-F5设计采用全志科技八核ARM Cortex-A55 T527芯片设计。有一个RISC-V CPU，高达200 MHz主频。HiFi4音频DSP，ARM G57 MC1 GPU，支持多达2 TOPS NPU，板载支持2/4g RAM内存和8-32G eMMC。
