¶ 关于 SunPlus SP7021
SunPlus sp 7021是一款革命性的SoC，具有Linux级芯片的强大功能和microcontroller.it的集成简单性，采用ARM Cortex-A7四核，ARM926实时内核，8051低功耗内核。
PLUS 1由凌阳科技与Tibbo Technology合作构思，采用了现代工业级嵌入式Linux芯片中常见的所有复杂元素，增加了针对物联网和工业控制应用的大量功能，并在一个简单的微处理器式封装中提供了最终设计，该封装需要很少的外部元件，简化了原理图，降低了PCB的复杂性。
SP7021是一种工业控制的SoC解决方案。以较低的成本满足客户对功能的全面需求，从而提高客户的市场竞争力。SP7021提供丰富的GPIO、存储和USB接口。提供MIPI CSI接口用于视频输入，HDMI接口用于视频输出。并提供FPGA接口进行功能扩展。SP7021还具有4个以太网端口，为客户提供极具竞争力的解决方案。

现在Trenz Electronic TE 0725 LP-01-100-2D是一款低成本小型FPGA模块，集成了Xilinx阿蒂克斯-7（15 T-100 T）和32 MB闪存，用于配置和操作。标准间距为2.54 mm的2 x 50针接头非常适合试验板或低成本双层PCB。
