
香蕉派 BPI-M4采用Realtek RTD 1395芯片设计,是一款64位四核A53迷你单板机。它具有1 GB/2GB RAM和8 GB eMMC。它也有板载WiFi的b/g/n/ac和BT 4.2。在端口方面,BPI-M4有4个USB 2.0端口,1个USB TYPE C端口,1个HDMI端口,1个音频插孔。支持M.2 Key E PCIE 2.0接口。
RTD 1395配备高性能四核CPU ARM cortex-A53,内置512 K二级缓存。RTD 1395还集成了高效的ARM Mali-470图形处理单元(GPU),以加速2D和3D图形处理。为了加速这种OSD和2K用户界面,RTD 1395的内置流媒体引擎提供了常用的绘图功能。CPU专用于应用程序,而RTD 1395的大部分功能专用于处理,解码各种格式的视频流。例如解码4K 2K H.265,Full HD MPEG 1/2/4/H.264/H.264 MVC,AVC/VC-1,VP 8,VP 9,AVS,AVS plus,HD JPEG等。视频DSP还可以处理H.264格式的全高清编码。视频解码和编码可以同时运行。
